Technical Fabric Analysis

Our advanced knitting fabrics utilize high-speed circular and warp knitting machinery to create a dense, looped structure. This configuration provides isotropic stretch properties, allowing the fabric to conform precisely to underlying foam or spring systems, which is crucial for modern adjustable bases. The inherent bi-directional flexibility supports mattress longevity by reducing stress points during movement. We focus on achieving specific metrics for Dimensional Stability and Pilling Resistance to ensure the fabric maintains its aesthetic and structural integrity over time, often incorporating Spandex or specialized elastomeric yarns into the blend for enhanced recovery after extension.

The weight of these fabrics typically ranges from 250 GSM to 500 GSM, balancing breathability with durability. Specialized finishes, such as Moisture Wicking treatments, are often applied post-knitting to enhance thermal regulation at the sleep surface.
