Graphene mattress fabric incorporates graphene nanoplatelets (GNP) into the fiber matrix or as a functional coating to enhance thermal management and antimicrobial properties. Graphene, a single-layer carbon lattice structure, provides thermal conductivity exceeding 5,000 W/m·K—substantially higher than copper or silver. When integrated into textile substrates, graphene facilitates rapid heat dissipation across the fabric surface, reducing localized temperature buildup. The material also exhibits bacteriostatic properties through physical membrane disruption mechanisms, without requiring chemical additives. Available in custom specifications: GNP loading 0.5-5% by weight, fabric weight 180-450 gsm, width 180-240 cm, in circular knit, warp knit, or woven constructions. All products are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 compliant and suitable for direct skin contact applications.

Does the graphene wash out or degrade over time?

Performance retention after 50 industrial wash cycles is ≥95%, with antimicrobial activity remaining above 98% after 100 cycles. Wash at ≤40°C with neutral detergent to maximize longevity.

Can graphene fabric be combined with other functional finishes?
