Material Purity and Fiber Selection

Hypoallergenic mattress materials are manufactured with an emphasis on fiber purity, minimal processing chemicals, and a tight, low-linting structure. The material selection often prioritizes Natural Cellulose Fibers (like Tencel or Bamboo) and specific Clean-Grade Polyesters known for their low potential to harbor allergens like pollen or pet dander. The finished fabric surface is typically smooth, utilizing a compact weave or a low-pile knit that resists collecting particulate matter and minimizes fiber shedding (linting) that could irritate sensitive airways.

Our finishing process avoids the use of harsh optical brighteners or strong sizing agents, which can sometimes trigger chemical sensitivities.
