Chemical and Thermal Resilience

Industrial Wash Friendly Bedding Fabrics are engineered to withstand the rigorous conditions of commercial laundries, which involve high water temperatures (≥60∘C), aggressive chemical detergents, and extreme mechanical agitation (tumbling). These fabrics are typically 100% synthetic (Polyester, Polypropylene) or specific poly/cotton blends treated with high-durability dyes and finishes. Key performance indicators include Colorfastness to Washing (ISO 105-C06 Grade), minimal Dimensional Change, and resistance to Alkali Damage (from high-pH detergents). The textiles must maintain structural integrity and color after 50 to 100 wash cycles.

The material provides long-term serviceability for high-volume commercial users.
