Controlled Release Technology

Micro-Encapsulated Functional Fabric utilizes a finishing process where micro-spheres (microcapsules) containing an active substance are bonded to the textile fibers. These capsules, typically <10 μm in diameter, are designed to release their contents gradually through friction, heat, or moisture—mechanisms generated during sleep. Common active agents include Aloe Vera (skin conditioning), Lavender (aromatherapy), or Probiotics (cleanliness). The performance is measured by the Retention Rate of the capsules after washing and the quantified amount of active substance released over a defined period of use.

This technology offers a non-transferable, durable delivery system directly to the user.
