Conductive Fiber Integration and Dissipation

Static Control Mattress Textiles are engineered to manage and dissipate static electricity buildup, which can disrupt sleep or damage sensitive electronic components in smart beds. This is achieved by weaving or knitting fine Conductive Carbon Yarns or Metallic Micro-Filaments into the fabric structure. These conductive pathways collect and safely discharge static charges through the surrounding air or grounded materials. Performance is quantified by the fabric's Surface Resistivity (Ω/sq), with lower resistance indicating higher static dissipation efficiency. The function is permanent and inherent to the conductive material.

The conductive yarns are integrated to be virtually invisible and do not affect hand-feel.
