Surface Durability and Pile Integrity

High Abrasion Resistance Mattress Textiles are engineered to withstand the friction and rubbing from constant user movement, sheets, and general wear. This durability is crucial for maintaining the fabric's aesthetic appeal and structural integrity over the product's lifespan. Resistance is achieved through the use of High-Tenacity Yarns (Polyester, Nylon), dense Weave/Knit Structures, and anti-pilling finishes. The performance is objectively verified using standardized abrasion testing, targeting minimum ratings of 25,000 Wyzenbeek or Martindale Cycles for residential use. In quilted panels, the fabric must also resist needle pull and fiber migration.

This material prevents visible thinning, holes, and pilling on the mattress surface.
