Barrier Technology and Construction

Anti-bed bug ticking is engineered with a dense, tightly woven or knitted structure, designed to impede the passage of insects. The effectiveness is achieved either through a physical barrier (very high thread count woven fabric or laminated coating) or the integration of non-toxic, residual chemical treatments applied during the finishing stage. These treatments target the metabolic and nervous systems of common bed bugs and dust mites, preventing colonization of the mattress surface.

Crucially, the treatment is formulated for wash durability, maintaining efficacy after multiple cleaning cycles without compromising the textile's breathability or hand-feel.
