Adsorption Properties and Odor Control

Bamboo Charcoal Infused Textiles are created by integrating pulverized bamboo charcoal nanoparticles into the fiber polymer (typically viscose or polyester) during spinning. This provides the fiber with a High Surface Area and inherent Porous Structure, which functions as a natural adsorbent. The charcoal component is highly effective at neutralizing odors, controlling humidity, and generating negative ions. The finished fabric provides a quantifiable Odor Reduction Rate and enhances the overall cleanliness of the sleep environment. The charcoal is permanently embedded and does not wash out.

The infusion imparts a characteristic natural gray hue to the fibers, which is often used as an aesthetic feature.
